Wide selection of various types of business sites

G2i offers a selection from various quality and well-equiped work locations at competitive rates and with flexible surfaces. G2i develops both small-scale SME-zones and large-scale industrial sites. The lot size varies between 1 500 m² and 15 ha.

G2i develops sites in the Ghent canal zone in sequential phases and focuses on various sectors and activities.

The first zone (65 ha) comprises 3 phases of which two (Noorwegenstraat and Finlandstraat) are already sold out. the third phase concerns the prime location Kop van Nest. Kop van Nest is situated at the "Ovaal van Wippelgem" and the R4 turning it into a sight location and gateway to Evergem and the Ghent canal zone. The lots have a minimum surface of 5 000 m².

The second zone (30 ha) consists of various smaller work sites in and around the residential ribbon Doornzeelsestraat. the SME zone Kleine Nest is the most recent development and contains 9 lots each of about 2 500 m². This zone focuses on local, traditional companies and is suited for commute lots, where G2i can even offer a ready-made project.

The third zone concerns a seaport and water linked industrial site. Grote Nest (67 ha) is located at the canal Ghent-Terneuzen and will dispose of a complete industrial infrastructure with a trimodal opening up (water, road and rail). Based on an ambitious layout plan, G2i is now preparing the permits application. Work will start in 2010. The selection of lots varies from small (5 000 m²), over medium sized (1 to 5 ha) to very large (> 10 ha).
